SET/PARTS CONDITION:
All parts are NEW in "never played with condition", handled only for sorting. Please note NEW does not equal MINT. New indicates that the parts are new, direct from Lego, and have not been used before. Parts are not inspected for minor imperfections. Keep in mind that these parts have traveled quite a distance to get here and may have some minor scratching from rubbing against other parts in transit. Defective parts or parts with major imperfections are not sold.
Certain parts may have mold variations listed as separate items in the Bricklink catalog. We do not differentiate between these minor part variations as sometimes they are not even consistent from set to set. If you require a certain mold variant, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm what type(s) we have.
Please note that Lego doesn't always have the best quality control when it comes to colors shades, this is especially true of Trans-clear, White, and Yellow. This is rarely a problem, but ultimately out of my control. However I will always do my best to match all parts ordered.
Many sets are near Mint condition, but to be safe (unless otherwise noted), all sets are sold NISB but may have price stickers on them or minor shelf wear. If box condition is important, please ask prior to placing the order and I will confirm condition for you.
INVENTORY AND ORDER ACCURACY:
All parts and sets are added to my inventory in good faith. You are shopping in one of the very first stores on Bricklink. In the earlier years, the part-set databases were not always accurate and the system was often unstable, resulting in inventory errors. As a result, my listed inventory may not be accurate. If and when a shortage occurs I will provide you with an order credit on your invoice.
Though I pack all orders as carefully and accurately as possible,VERY RARELY I may miscount a part in your order. Part quantities within +/- 1% of the quantity that you ordered are considered complete. What this means is that if you order 100 of a part, it is possible that you will get 99, 100, or 101 of the part AND that this is considered to be a complete amount. Bottom line, if I accidentally short you a part, I will immediately refund the amount owed back to you, but will not pay an additional $3.00 to ship out a missed part valued at only a few cents...(though I would be happy to add it to a future order).
Also, VERY RARELY, I may have a mis-priced item in my inventory due to an error in listing. (Like a $50 set for .50 cents, etc.) As is customary in U.S. retail stores, I reserve the right to refuse to sell any item that is accidentally mis-priced.
